Ove Meyer is an experienced C-level executive with more than 20 years of international leadership responsibility across value creation, finance, M&A, PMI, governance, and operational transformation.
He co-founded and scaled ZEABORN into an integrated global shipping platform, combining organic growth with international acquisitions and the integration of businesses, leadership teams, and operating cultures across regions. His career includes senior responsibility in entrepreneurial, family-owned, and internationally active organizations, with mandates spanning platform building, performance improvement, governance, and complex transformation. At Black Swan Advisors, he leads European engagements, works directly with investors, owners, CEOs, and boards, and assumes CEO, CFO, or COO mandates when the situation requires formal executive responsibility. His approach combines analytical clarity and financial discipline with pragmatic execution—particularly where critical situations require additional executive capacity, stakeholder alignment, and personal accountability for results.
